US Domestic vs. International Payment Information

If you are a resident of the United States, and wish to order Eclipse for your company, we can accept payment for Eclipse orders by credit card. You will be required to sign and fax back a document accepting delivery of the software before serial numbers will be issued.

If you are not a United States resident, and are located in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, please note that all orders will have to be placed through our local resellers in those regions. Please find your local reseller by clicking HERE

For any international orders outside of the UK, Australia or New Zealand, we can accept those orders directly at Tech Solutions, however due to a rampant rise in credit card fraud, we are unable to accept payment by credit card in these cases. This includes all Candian orders. You can pay for your software with a wire transfer (we can provide banking information on request for this). Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be received and verified. At that time, your software will be made available for download.

We do not ship out manuals or CDs to intenational orders due to customs and shipping costs. If you would like printed manuals, you can order these directly from Lulu press.

Also if you are not in the United States or Canada, you may wish to check if there is a local reseller in your area. Our RESELLERS page contains links to all of our reseller's web sites, and contact information. They can provide you local regional support, training, and installation services, and also can sell Eclipse systems directly to you.
