Individuals who are consultants to their industry
and wish to represent Eclipse Service Management software,
can now obtain a direct line of communications with
us at Tech Solutions where we can work with the consultants
to train and refer service level work (such as installations,
training engagements, business analysis, etc.) to
the consultant. Consultants who bring their existing
clients to Eclipse are eligible to obtain a 10% referral
fee of the retail price of the purchased products
less sales tax, from Tech Solutions for any sale that
is brought to us with a direct reference from the
consultant who referred the client to Eclipse. NOTE:
There are no referral fees eligible on services, including
customization charges, installation, training, etc..
Eligibility is only applicable to product license
sales (ie. Eclipse Professional, Eclipse NET, etc.)
Its
a two-way street. We offer the ability for consultants
to enhance their income levels through referral payments,
but also can offer additional service work to consultants
if they possess the necessary skills to carry out
the work, and are experienced with Eclipse in order
to represent the best needs of the customer.
We also offer consultants complete information as
to the database structures of Eclipse, so that they
can (if they wish) develop their own software applications
to connect with Eclipse systems. As Eclipse is an
ODBC compliant data source, this opens up the possibilities
for the consultant to enhance their offerings to their
clients by providing integrated solutions with Eclipse.

Businesses outside of the USA and Canada, who wish to
resell Eclipse as part of their product lines are welcome
to apply to Tech Solutions for this status. Because
we offer much larger profit levels for resellers than
the consultant program, we expect resellers to be the
front-line for all support with clients that they sell.
Our reason for having resellers is to develop a pressence
in markets that we are not geographically close to,
so therefore the reseller program for Eclipse, at this
stage, is only open to companies outside of the United
States and Canada. Companies who wish to become resellers
of Eclipse must first be owners of an Eclipse multi-user
license (purchased at full retail price). This is to
ensure that the reseller has a committment to Eclipse
and understands the product well enough to be able to
professionally represent it to their local market. |
